UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Draught. Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is spruce, some black currant, mild wooden notes with some slight funk. Flavour is sweetish sour berries, some mild yeast, funk and mild sour wooden notes as well.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2019 Flaska från SB. Gyllenrosa disig vätska. Riktigt fin svartvinbärsmak med både bär och blad. Börjar tröttna på stilen men den här var fin.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2017 Lys rød lett tåkete med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter sure bær, kirsebær, solbær og noe gjær. Sur smak noe eplesyrlighet. Sure bær. Rips, solbær. Middels lang. Tørr.

Big light pink slightly foamy longlasting head, nice hazy light purple color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, minerals, berry skin, hay, grass, fruit stones, old cellar, paper, soda powder, sour berries. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, berry skin, fruit stones, soda powder, fruit salt, sorrel, sour black currants, weeds, paper, minerals, flowers, old cellar. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Fair enough.

Pours hazy red with a pink head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt and black currant. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium sour with a long dry, tart, funky and black currant finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

On tap at Både&. A dark candy red beer with a pinkish head. Lacing. Funky, leathery and citrusy nose with berries and some almost puke-like notes. In a nice way though. Funky, leathery flavor with berries dominating. Dry, almost tart in the mouth, medium bodied and with a soft carbonation. Long dry, berry finish. Quite nice this one. 160915

Aroma: black currant, some funky notes, acid. Appearance: hazy red color and reddish head. Taste: black currant, some funky notes, slightly acid, dry. Palate: low body and high carbonation, fruity finish. Overall: Nice funky beer, but not a berliner weisse.
