UPDATED: FEB 7, 2023 Bottled. Hazy golden clour with a small white head. Aroma is kind of brett and some herbal and mild farmyardy tones. Flavour is citrus, some yeast, citrus herbal and mild earthy notes. Somewhat draught.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2019 Płyn jest silnie zamglony, barwa złota, przechodząca w pomarańczowy. Piana biała, bardo wysoka i niesamowicie trwała. Pozostawia po sobie mnóstwo zdobień. Aromat nieco kwaskowy, owocowy, jest siano, trawa, słodowość kojarząca się ze starym zbożem. Smak: ponownie stare zboże, zleżałe siano, trawa, słodowość lekko miodowa. W tle nuty owocowe. Finisz z trawiastą goryczką. Wysycenie wysokie, zasyca dość szybko. Średnia ilość ciała.

Bottle at Carsten. Clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma light malty (bread), medium yeasty (barnyard, leather, spicy), light hoppy. Flavor light sweet and acidic, medium spicy, light bitter. Light body.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grass, moderate yeasty, farmyard, leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, farmyard, leather, citrus, grass, yeast, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160519]
