Keg at Taphouse, CPH, 12/08/16. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is light pine needle, tangy citric shreds, earthy hop exhaust. Taste comprises charr, pine needle, sticky tropical fruits, bitter orange, light roast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok CDA.

Tap @ Fermentoren copenhagen. Pours black with a fluffy off white head. Aroma of pine, roasted malts, orange, lemon peel and a quite big amount of coffee. The taste is hoppy with dry cocoa beans, coffee, oatmeal, citrus and some roasted malts as well - all of it is nicely blended together. Awesome black IPA!

Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of licorice, chocolate and chocolate, grapefruit and orange peel. Sweetish hoppy and dark malty flavour with a nice bitter finish.

Roasted malts, earthy hops. Dark brown, tan head, not lasting. Taste is moderate bitter, light sweet. Medium+ body, oily texture, bitter finish.

30-APR-2016, draft @Taphouse. Dark, dark Brown with a lasting, tan head. Very hoppy. Fresh and grassy. Clearly dry-hopped. Roast off-course but soft - more to the hoppy side. Licorice, chocolate. Thin and easy drinking. Nice.

Draft @ Taproom, Malmö. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate licorice aroma with hoppy hints. Roasted malty chocolate and licorice hoppy flavor. Has a roasted malty licorice and chocolate finish.

Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Clear very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, chocolate and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 110416

Aroma of coffee and hops though quite weak. Pours black with a relatively small off white head. Very balanced taste, not much of anything. Medium bodied, oily and quite short. Not a particularly special beer

Draught @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours very dark brown with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, dark chocolate, fruity piney, little resin. Flavor is rather bitter, roast malt, coffee, light caramel, dark chocolate, light licorice, citrus, piney hops. Medium body, average carbonation, dry and rather bitter finish. 090416
