Commercial Description: Yin Jiu is well known as a kind of nationallistically traditional drink of the Naxi people of the Lijiang region. It was originally made 500 years ago in the middle period of the Ming Dynasty. It is a favoured drink both at home and abroad. It has an amber colour, taste as sweet as fresh honey, and delicate fragrance. Made from grains, special distiller's yeast and the snow water from Yulong Mountain. Contains no additives.
