nimbleprop (15421) - Southeast, Washington, Washington DC, USA - DEC 12, 2023
UPDATED: DEC 12, 2023 33cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has some candy and some lemon. Honestly, not much. Flavor is candy and lemon and sour sop but not much else. Very underwhelming. Not sour and not well blended.

solidfunk (20023) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - DEC 10, 2023
UPDATED: DEC 10, 2023 Very light on tang here. A little oak. Golden pour with decent head. Light florals. Not much of a sour. More of a light floral sweet finish. Bottle.

Tayeth (779) - North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUL 27, 2023
UPDATED: JUL 27, 2023 Opened a bottle of Bersalis Sourblend which was brewed in 2016 today. Bottle was stored at 6 °C for 5 years. Still smells great: very fruity and malty, lots of berries. Taste very full and malty with a hint of orange. Great Beer.

Beer5000 (10643) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - JAN 10, 2021
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2021 Backlog June 2019. Unclear golden body with a big off-white head. Mild fruity aroma, slightly funky, hint of lemon. Taste is rather smooth and refreshing with sour fruit, acidic white wine, lemon, grapes, hint of wood. Fine balanced body and acidic, fresh, fruity aftertaste. Nice, not lie a typical Geuze or Lambic, high drinkability.

azzurro (2398) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 11, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 11, 2020 Ordered online from the LCBO, drank it while watching the classic Expos game where Vlad the Impaler hit his cycle against the Mets. Smoother than expected, a good evening.

blackisle (4374) - Amsterdam IJburg, NETHERLANDS - MAY 3, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 3, 2020 Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale amber colour, tall moussy white head, good retention, fair lacing. Mild sour aroma, brett, lemon, bit barnyard. Taste medium sweet and sour, yeast, brett, lemon, apricot. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweet and sour aftertaste, pleasant and easy to drink, nice.

Turboninja (2423) - Tampere, FINLAND - JAN 18, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 18, 2020 Tap/pack@Tuulensuu, Tampere, Finland. Medium/strong, balanced nuances of averagely sour green and white berries, some malts and a hint of alcohol. Some fruits give a hint of sweetness. Medium/wide taste spectrum and short aftertaste with slightly sour fruits. Medium body with medium/low carbonation. Overall, high quality product where sturdy malt backbone balances sour notes and gives nice bold mouthfeel. 7 4 8 4 16

kolemkoukolem (4017) - Pilsen and Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC - JAN 16, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 16, 2020 # 874; 9/2017. Velmi dobrý základ z obou stran, ale jako kombinace mi to příliš neoslovilo. Prvotní kyselost postupně přechází ve sladkost s hořkou tečkou. Převládá chuť limetky, lesních jahod a citronové kůry.

3.3
hawthorne00 (8462) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - DEC 9, 2019
UPDATED: DEC 9, 2019 Bottle. Unclear amber with a cm of off-white head. Aroma of lemon and the barn, some crackers and spices. Very light bodied. A dull caramel sweetness underneath more interesting things. Some apricot and stones, light sourness, some spiced bitterness. Refreshing with some intrigue but only OK.
