UPDATED: JUL 1, 2023 (Bottle) Golden orange colour with brief, foamy head. Fruity nose with lemon, lime, sponge cake and a touch of almonds. Fruity, tart taste with notes of citrus, lemon, mandarin, white bread, wood and a dry and tart finish with no bitterness. Light to medium body, quite dry. Tart and fresh with a good citrus character. Very nice.

UPDATED: FEB 3, 2023 Draught@HBF2017. Aroma is acidic fruits, some wood, mild earth and spices. Flavour is spices, dough, some acidic notes, mild sour wood as well as some mild berries.

UPDATED: AUG 28, 2021 clear orange, small offwhite head. aroma is citrus, lime fruits, a little bit of a soapy note, sour beer. flavor is crazy sour with layers of citrussy and sour notes, complex, all the complexity is in the very sour department of flavors. but it is complex, kind of like if it was half gueuze lambic half lime juice. if you like sour and juicy and lime , this is your friend. Looking forward to taste yuzu fruit myself one day.

UPDATED: OCT 19, 2020 33cl Bottle @ Mikkeller Webshop, Copenhagen, Denmark. Hazy amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is citrus, peach, brett. Taste is citrus, peach, brett, tart, sweet. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

UPDATED: SEP 15, 2020 Sour Sunday 2017. Hazed golden beer with a white head. Well, this certainly has plenty of yuzu. A bit of an earthy funk, some sour lemonade, lime zest, and lemon peel. Light bitterness. Dry finish with a nice amount of carbonation. Pretty refreshing and one of the better Spontan-series beers I've tried.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2020 Tap @ Mikkeller Bar, Aarhus. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich lactose acud, lots of yuzu, citrus and nslt. Nice sour finish.

UPDATED: MAR 22, 2020 Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day two, 09/09/2017. Aroma is tart lemon, grapefruit, gin and tonic. A light hazed pale yellow. Flavour is tart and spiyc, lemon, yuzu, Palate is crisp in tart, highish carbonation, Gin and Tonic.

UPDATED: APR 22, 2020 aromat intensywny, cytrusy, szczególnie yuzu, trochę limonka, jakby mięta w tle. W smaku podobnie, średnio kwaśne, głównie yuzu, bardzo cytrusowe.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2019 Keg at Summer Beer Thing, Manchester. Reddish shade. Small head. Fragrant yuzu character. Some buttery malts, vanilla. Nice.
