UPDATED: FEB 7, 2023 Draught. Amber colour with a small head. Aroma is fruity, green apple skins, some zesty and mild wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, some green apple skins as well as some mild brandy elements and also alcohol does give a slight burn to it.

From tap. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is estery and slight ehrbal. Wooden. Toasted, dry and slight herbal. Bitter and dry apples. Zesty and wooden finish.

Draught at Fermentoren, Copenhagen, after Blåbarerelease 2016. Pale amber beer with a decent head. Fruity aroma, apples, grapes, some oranges, some wood. Fruity flavor, citrus, apples, a bit cider like, tiny wood. Ok.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen, post Blåbær release (30/07/2017) - orange amber coloured pour with white head. Fruity and light malty with notes of apple, grape, pretty sweet, some light wooden undertones, slight spice into the finish.

Unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, grain, fruity malt, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, wood, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160520]

Draught at Ølbaren. Clear amber colored with a small white head. Fruity aroma of caramel and spices with notes of oak. Sweet and fruity flavor of caramel, oak and spices. Spicy finish.

Orange-amber in colour with a light beige head. Aromas of red apple, typical cider notes, alcohol drenched grapes and wood notes develop, noses rather boozy. Soft perlage, slick and full bodied. Rather sweet with some light acidic-bitterness. Lasting finish.

Draft. A hazy amber beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of apples, malt, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples, wood, brett, and a bit of malt, leading to a dry finish.

DØE. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty and apples. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish with a little alcohol. 200516

Draught at KØ16. Fruity aroma, vanilla or paper... Mostly paper, I guess. Cloudy golden colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is fruity with a mild vanilla note. Good citrus fruit as well.
