UPDATED: OCT 15, 2023 Draught. More or less pitch black colour with a beigeish brown head. Aroma is coffee, some roasted and mild chocolaty and fudgelike tones. Flavour is coffee, some lactose, mild toffee, roast and some fudge elements to it. Very coffeeish.

Rune (24551) - Tromso, NORWAY - MAR 12, 2020
UPDATED: MAR 12, 2020 Third by keykeg, shared with Finn on the third day of GBBF 2020 Winter. Brewery Bars. Remaining fawn-coloured head to a jet black body, lacing rings down the glass. Well roasted malty aromas, solid coffee bite. Chocolate malty flavours followed by a strong touch of coffee. Prolonged coffee finish, roasted. Well bodied. Like it. (Birmingham 06.02.2020).

Finn (16700) - Tromsø, NORWAY - FEB 6, 2020
UPDATED: FEB 6, 2020 På GBBF Winter 2020 i Birmingham. Delt med Rune. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum som daler sakte. Litt lacing. Utpreget kaffearoma. Smaken bare kaffe. Kanskje litt sjokolade i avslutninga. Uvariert.

ElDesmadre (6867) - Jaworze, POLAND - JAN 24, 2020
UPDATED: JAN 24, 2020 Bottle. Nuts, moccha, roast. Rather one-dimensional coffee beer save from that. Beany coffee, emptyish finish. Tasty.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2019 5th January 2019
Clear deep amber - brown beer, small pale tan head. Light and semi dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin and semi sweet dark malts, sweet espresso. Touch of dark chocolate. Some earthy tang and mild minerals. Dry finish. Not enough backbone here for me. Thin.

k0mpsa (3785) - Tuusula, FINLAND - DEC 3, 2018
UPDATED: DEC 3, 2018 Tap at panimo pub, levi. Black color, brown head. Aroma has cacao notes, roasted malts, coffee. Nice roasty taste, cacao, hint of spices.

3.5
midovark (6285) - Alkmaar, NETHERLANDS - NOV 26, 2018
Bottle at home, a couple of days after its BB date. Pours jet black with thin, long lasting beige head. Nose is a huge coffee kick, with some dark chocolate. In taste the same coffe notes appear and there's some roasted earthy character too in the finish. Has light, almost watery body and average carbo. Drinks below its ABV and a bit too thin, otherwise alright.

3.3
thewolf (13752) - Kolding, DENMARK - NOV 24, 2018
Bottle, 33cl. Pours deep opaque black with a small, staying creamy beige head. Aroma has lots of coffee, roasted malts. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has roasted malts, soft astringency, blackberry, coffee. A bit sugary sweetness.
