ClarkVV (13372) - Boston, Massachusetts, USA - APR 30, 2023
UPDATED: APR 30, 2023 Tørst draught, 4/30/23. Mostly clear, soft apricot. Small white head. Soft, mostly faded peach. Not over-developed Brett and lots of cracker, biscuit and mineral. Clean. Soft, lightly malty but light bodied. Gentle peach, easygoing Brett. A quencher, for sure. Gentle, mild, light bodied, quite drinkable. Peach and Brett quietly add complexity and flavor.

Cybercat (12787) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - APR 24, 2019
UPDATED: APR 24, 2019 Pours clear topaz with a fair ivory head. Aroma provides tart pomme and stone fruit plus raw malt, not strong but inviting. Flavor offers stronger tones of tart and sweet peach, tart apple, raw malt, a bit of woody hops. Texture yields fair body and perky fizz. Book a glass.

Clareeses (304) - St. Louis, Missouri, USA - MAY 28, 2018
UPDATED: DEC 14, 2018 Aroma 8 /10: overripe peach esters, chardonnay, honey, vanilla Appearance 4 /5: slightly opaque, medium golden with little head Palate 4 /5: sweet, slightly sticky, low carb, medium body Taste 9/10 honey and floral up front. Finishes with funky brett and some classic Saison flavors (yeast, hay). Overall 18/20: delicate and aromatic table Saison, perfect for summer. Wish the carb was a touch higher, but overall incredibly enjoyable and robust for a 4.5%er Final: 4.3

DraftDodger (7602) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 1, 2018
UPDATED: MAY 7, 2019 Copenhagen 1/4 2018. Around 73 cl bottle (1 pint, 6 oz) from Mikkeller Webshop. What looks like a highly educational book about 'Food & Beer' on the label. Pours opaque golden orange with small white head. Head disappears quite fast. No lacing. Aroma is a wild yeast bonanza. Sweet bubblegum meeting acidic sour berry mix. Light carbonation and slightly thin texture. Flavor is under influence of wild, weird yeast as well. Medium sweet with medium bitterness. Quite strong bitterness in the aftertaste. Semi-dry finish. A little bit watery. Not a great tasting beer and kind of off-key in a fascinating way. But sometimes less is indeed more.

DrSilverworm (11383) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JAN 8, 2018
6/21/2016 -- from notes: Sample from a bomber at Lucky Turtle. Really nice peach, funky brett character. Mild dry texture. Lighter carbonation. Medium body. Seems like it could use some age, hopefully to carbonate more and dry out a bit. Moderate sweet taste, nice tang. Nice peach beer.

2.9
ElDesmadre (6867) - Jaworze, POLAND - DEC 29, 2017
Bottle. Nice aroma - brett, light fruit, white grapes, leather. Flat taste with malt and brett, lacks more punch. Disappointing.
