UPDATED: MAR 7, 2020 Keg at Eugene City Brewery (Rogue), Eugene, OR on 09/06/2008. The juniper really added a nice bouquet to this. Didn’t necessarily come across super gin like, but added a certain bouquet.

dimeon (1601) - Johannesburg, SOUTH AFRICA - JUL 3, 2019
UPDATED: JUL 3, 2019 Floral and slightly astringent. The juniper berries are there, but not in abundance. OK.

PhillyCraft (12794) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 6, 2019
UPDATED: JUN 6, 2019 Bottle back in the day, pours a clearish golden with a medium head and nice lace. Nose and flavor are strong juniper, lemon lime, florals, honey, and earth. Body is a bit light and lacking the bitterness.

From Oct 2005 Poured a nice cloudy gold with a good head dissipates quickly but remains as a fine partial layer. Smell is malty with citrus notes. Taste is malt and more of the citrus. For me, it's a nice taste that I've enjoyed many times before and I'll have again without a whim. Good pale ale.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2017 On bottle @Ølfred - Aarhus Streetfood Pours orange, with a nice white top. It's clearly a pale ale, it's a little watery, but it's a quite nice aftertaste. Small notes of berries, but nothing like an IPA. Weak scent of hops.

Not a bad beer. Aroma is heavy juniper, but not much beyond that. Pours yellowish brown and has a dense citrus backbone.

Bottle, UK import, source not recorded. Backlog entry. Entering my historic scores for US beers whilst visiting New York. No tasting notes kept, just rating.

Drunk at the King and Co Clapham in glass from draft, copper appearance, pleasant nose botanic and fruit. Great summer beer! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aus der Flasche getrunken (Händlerlieferung). Sattes Amber mit weißem Schaum. In der Nase relativ zurückhaltend. Nicht schlecht, aber kein Spitzenbier.

KeefOz (3846) - TARRAGINDI, AUSTRALIA - JUN 4, 2017
Poured a hazy honey-brown with a 5mm light tan sudsy head that diminished slowly to a blotchy cap that laced poorly. Carbonation moderate, slow and coarse. Aroma of slight tartness and possibly honey; not inviting. Taste starts with slight sweetness followed by moderately strong tartness. Light body. Smooth with slight spicy tartness on a short finish.
