UPDATED: JUN 22, 2021 Copenhagen 22/6 2021. 33 cl on tap at Ølbaren, Elmegade, Kbh. N. As “Bad Seed/Taphouse Sort Snak”. Pours opaque dark brown with a small light beige head. Settles as thin patch of foam and a frothy ring of foam running along the side of the glass. Moderate lacing. Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of roasted dark malts and earthy notes. Brown sugar, tobacco and damp soil. Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, oily and lightly tingling texture. Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter, coffee-like bitterness. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry. Potent and pleasant Imperial Stout. No babbling here.
