UPDATED: APR 23, 2024 0,33L bottle bought at Thornbridge Brewery at Bakewell, UK. Aroma: Moderately-high tropical aromas of sweet pineapple, lemon, grapefruit and orange blossom. Moderate sweet floral aroma, too. Appearance: pours a clear bright golden colour with a medium frothy white head that has pretty good retention and lacing. Taste: Moderately-high bitterness of citrus and orange peel, grapefruit, pine and herbal notes. Some light malt sweetness. Palate: Medium body with a slick texture. Moderate carbonation. Semi-dry finish with a bitter, grapefruit and herbal aftertaste. Overall: Jaipur IPA is one of those reassuring beers that you know you can rely on with a traditional and balanced flavour profile of tropical fruits, sufficient hop bitterness and light sweet malts of an English IPA.

UPDATED: APR 11, 2024 Helder lichtgeel bier met mooi stevig schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig met iets van citrus en wat dennen. Een zachte en prettig drinkbare IPA.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2024 Cask, 1 pint at the Star & Garter, Bromley. Appearance is clear pale gold with a white head. Mouthfeel is medium plus. Citrus hops are to the fore in the aroma, and also in the taste but with a balance of some cereal malts. Some bitterness in the finish. Good

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2023 Tweeschijn strogeel bier met een 3-vingerdikke witte schuimkraag van fijne structuur die lang blijft staan en kantwerk achterlaat in het glas. Ik ruik een kruidig en fruitig aroma van dennennaalden en grapefruit. In de smaak komt de fruitigheid meer naar voren, en wordt de verwachte bitterheid in toom gehouden door de honingachtige zoetheid. Veel kleine koolzuurbelletjes en een droge afdronk sluiten het bier mooi af.

Appearance: Clear pale golden. Persistent white head. Taste: Light sweet, pale malt, light bitter, light hops, earthy, citrus. Palate: Medium body. Light creamy texture. Bitter finish.

UPDATED: AUG 26, 2023 Pretty standard. Pours yellow with average white head that leaves some lacing behind. Taste is bitter, bit of hay and zesty finish. Average carbonation with medium body texture.

UPDATED: AUG 24, 2023 440ml can. Clear golden yellow with a frothy white head. Flavors are bread, biscuity cereals, apricot, orange and spruce gum with floral and resinous notes. Generous bitterness. Medium body, moderate to good carbonation, soft texture.
