Commercial Description:
Inseine is a particularly well-balanced beer. Styrian Goldings hops are used for both aroma and bitterness giving a very pleasant clean beer. Served through a hand-pull beer engine, as traditional for this type of beer, Inseine is tailored to the taste of those who enjoy a great English bitter.

On tap at the Frog & Rosbif. Fairly standard keg bitter. Malt and hops, decent balance, but there is nothing to lift this!

On tap at The Frog & Rosbif, Paris. Deep golden with a thick, creamy head. Good grapefruit hop nose followed by good grapefruity hop bitterness in the mouth. Dry. Surprisingly good.

Cask @ The Frog & Rosbif, Paris. Served at true English beer temperature. This one poured a hazy, slightly amber dark golden color. There was a fair off-white head that left some lacing. Nice aroma of some citrus and piney hops, with just a bit of caramel malt peaking through. The beer had a medium body, with a slightly bitter taste. Very smooth and easy drinking. Nice.

Cask at The Princess. Copper color with a foamy near white head. Med. body with mild carbonation. A little darkish fruit over caramel. Finishes a bit sweetish. Not very bitter.

Cask @ The Frog & Rosbif, Paris. Aroma has some caramel and fresh fruity hoppiness. Clear, golden coloured with a thin, white head. The taste is slightly bitter, bit hoppy. Quite refreshing.

Cask conditioned at The Frog & Rosbif, Ru de St Denis, Paris. Amber with white head. Strong toffee, butterscotch flavours, quite caramel and malty. Some hop in the finish, grassy and bitter, pretty drinkable for a session.

Draught, 4.4% at the Frog and Princess. Good fruity aroma. Almost clear yellow colour. The flavour is hoppy, fruity like the aroma, but also citric, and getting sour.
