Shag (3601) - Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA - JAN 21, 2023UPDATED: JAN 21, 2023 Appearance is a dark brown color with a beige head. The aroma is more faint than I would expect. Some caramel and nutmeg present. The flavor is a bit more bold. Some caramel, toffee, dark fruit. A little sweet but some sourness also present. I did get a big whack of peat malt like I expected. Overall this is more like a solid brown than a scottish ale to me but either way pretty solid beer.
