Taste is (sour) cherries, malt, yeast with a long finish of fresh sour cherries. Very juicy, almost like eating fresh cherries. Very nice. Thumbs up for being organic, too.

UPDATED: DEC 29, 2023 Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin Sommer 2023 getrunken. Diese kräftigrote Ale zeigt deutlich sein Kirscharoma. Der Säuregehalt ist deutlich aber gut balanciert. Ein klassisches Kriek in perfektionierter Handwerkskunst.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2023 Bottle 37.5cl cork and crown cap, bottle date 6/7/2021 @home poured into a tumbler. Clear cherry red colour, small shortlived fizzy pink head. Aroma sour cherries, marzipan, light wood, cinnamon notes. Taste sweet and sour, sour cherries, marzipan, cinnamon notes, wood. Medium body, sticky texture, lively carbonation, fruity sweet and sour aftertaste, woody notes, some marzipan and cinnamon, well-balanced, still very young but nevertheless very good.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2023 Pink creamy full lasting head. Reddish cloudy colour. Aroma is sour, vinous and fruity (sour cherry). Flavor is sour too with cherry and gentle vinegar tones, ending in a fruity finish. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2023 Bottle from Etre Bright brick red color with a light opaqueness and a good sized white head with a hint of pink in it. Solid earthy funk and lemony lactic tartness with huge cherry aroma flavor and tartness to round it out. This beer is beautiful I wish it were more available.

UPDATED: JUN 20, 2023 Tap at Moeder Lambic. Vicces, hogy ilyen sokaig tartott, mire megkostoltam vegul, mikozben az egyik alapvetese a fozdenek. Mint olyan, talan nem is a legizgalmasabb a felhozatalbol, de annyira kerek, balanszos es a szam ize szerint valo, hogy mindez pont nem is szamit.
