(26-Nov-2013) Bourbon whiskey, big complex sweet roast malt and light spice aroma. Dark brown colour, great brown head and good sheet lacing. Complex sweet smooth roast malt flavour. Light smoked malt finish and light smooth follow thru to the aftertaste.

Nice dark, ruby hue. Aromas of chocolate, sweet bourbon, malt, spice, vanilla, alcohol. Flavours assault the palate (in a good way) - lots of bourbon. Smoky, cocoa, black malt bitternes. Lots of alcohol. Finishes a bit salty. I Love this beer.

Bottled. A deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, whiskey, and over ripe fruits. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, dust, over ripe fruits, and oxidation. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of yalnikim. Pours an almost clear orangey brown with a creamy, beige head leaving some lacework. Whisky aroma – rather than Bourbon – with roasted malt accents. Medium body with sweetish roasted malt, vanilla and some oak also. The finish is soft with a very subdued bitterness. 190608
