UPDATED: MAR 10, 2024 Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Clear amber with a medium head. Orange peel, pine needles, grapefruit and some grass. Very bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAR 6, 2024 Amber colour with a creamy head. Aroma: fresh food, caramel, pine, apricot, pine resin. Taste: hops, caramel, pine, malt, grapefruit. Quite heavy hoppy bitterness.

UPDATED: FEB 24, 2024 Flaska från Systembolaget. Bärnstensfärgad öl med vitt skum. Trevlig öl med fina toner av karamell, granskott och malt. Torr fin avslutning.

UPDATED: JUN 10, 2022 On tap at the Tap Room Pittsburgh downtown. Pours dark golden with a whtie head. Caramel malt mostly, some resin and pine. On the sweeter side. Nice.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2021 Copper colored, opaque, cloudy but effervescent. Good looking and healthy brew in the tulip glass. 2 to 3 fingers head which subsided gradually Fresh aromatic quality of lime or lemons or grapefruit. Soapy lacing. Taste very very bitter - hence the ”HopDevil” Nom de guerre. Leaning towards the medicinal side, but drinkable even with the aftertastes. Guess it’s that Xanthohumol, the hop chemistry which stays with the finish. A good beer though.

UPDATED: MAR 21, 2021 March Madness 2021 - Copper IPA, Flavorful, but the finish is a bit on the bitter side.
