COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is inspired by our recent trip to Nashville, Tennesee for the American Craft Brewers Conference (CBC). Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture we could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic. So, this Hazy IPA is chock full of Mosaic hops to represent how many things are going on in Music City. It's a Mosaic of experience and flavours.

UPDATED: FEB 29, 2024 Can purchased from Greenslopes Cellars and drank on 19 February 2024. Great tasting hazy beer with a big hit of tropical fruit flavour. Juicy in the mouth with a medium body.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2024 Can, bb 11/24. Hazy orange, a white head quickly fades to nothing. 3- Aroma of peach, pineapple, vague citrus, crackers. A bit of body whilst remaining reasonably clean. Lots of fruit before firm bitterness. Pretty good.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2021 A very classic NEIPA that smells juicy hops (mango, pineapple, orange). Dark orange, high carbonation and a very large, long lasting white head. Some laces as expected. Low bitterness, very juicy with hop juice of mango, pineapple, orange, some earthy notes. Medium body and high carbonation, smooth, easy drinking. A typical Mosaic NEIPA, as it should be, a very good one.

UPDATED: AUG 27, 2021 Another day, another Behemoth hazy. Wrong! This is the nectar of the gods. Best new beer I've had in 2021. 440 ml can from local store, going to buy out their stock as this is no longer available to buy from the brewery. Perfect balance of bitterness, fruity sweetness, good body, big creamy head on pour. More more more please! Edit: went back and bought 4 more just to be sure. Yep, amazing. The nose is incredible. Incredible!

UPDATED: AUG 7, 2019 It's a surprised i found this little guy in this little store. This hopped IPA sure tasted a bit weird to me at very first taste. But once I had a couple sip, it turn out that this one is pretty great beer. The taste is actually bitter but not much, still you can feel the hop inside. The smell is pretty interesting too.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2019 A bit unusual to be finding this in Phuket. Nice beer - tropical fruits early, nicely rounded, sharpness late with peppery hops.Very good build and structure.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2018 Currently my favourite beer. have had lots and will drink on Christmas day. From a can. Everyone says tropical fruits - I taste strawberry. Irs just the right balance of fruitiness and bitterness with a grapefruit aftertaste. Perfect.

From can (BB July'19) in IPA glass. Pours hazy yellow-orange with thin white head that faded quickly. Intense fruity aroma yields to berry & herbal essences, taste is tropical fruit juice with zesty bitter finish that reminds me a bit of overripe citrus

beer-yum (3705) - Wellington, NEW ZEALAND - SEP 3, 2018
UPDATED: OCT 27, 2019 Alluring tropical citrus aroma in a hazy golden amber pour. Hop forward balance with a juicy fruit body and super smooth finish. Another excellent brew from Behemoth - and probably better than my rating would indicate (as I'm holding them to a higher standard now). Tastes better every time I try it...Mosaic (and Nashville) rules?
