Perfect pour of bright, copper-tinged, golden-brass with a giant, creamy, white head.
More subtle, earthy, spicy and dusty than it's siblings, with a pinch of yellow fruit, lots of Chinese tea and light baguette-like malt character. Clean, crisp, lots of mineral and light yeast on the finish.
Rustic bread, more tea and spice with leafy, earthy, gentle hop notes, mild spiciness and an excellent melt depth with honey and biscuit in the finish. Hint of lemon, kumquat, more tea and light mineral. Rustic and understated but full of depth and complexity. As interesting as P3 is in your face.

Tastes of hops up front with a little bit of bready sweetness. Oak permeates, but doesn't dominate. Dry, oaky, even a little tangy. Sweet dough builds up in the finish, but dry oakiness lingers. Light body and complex. Delicious.

Nose has buttery grain. Soft, leafy hop. Honey. Taste is upfront sweet, with a slightly dry, herbal, grassy bitterness. Light to medium body. Very fine, foamy carbonation. This beer is served extremely cold, and is drinking great for it. Light, leafy, grassy bitterness to finish. Lovely beer.
