UPDATED: NOV 26, 2023 Nel boccale si offre di un colore giallo dorato sormontato da un cappello di schiuma bianca e cremosa aderente alle pareti. Al naso reca note di crosta di pane, caramella mou, frutta secca e sentori terrosi. In bocca è inizialmente dolce, con la conferma delle note biscottate percepite dall’olfatto, cui segue una nota più amara ottimamente bilanciata che perdura al retrolfatto. Il corpo medio e la carbonazione buona contribuiscono a conferire alla birra un carattere deciso, ma non sproporzionato, offrendo una beva agevole. Eccellente per qualità della materia prima e bilanciamento finale.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2023 330ml panda from LCB. Cloudy gold with thin white top. Grainy malt aroma with light brown bread, some sweetness. Taste of mango, citrus, pineapple, with some floral hopping. Moderate carbonation, decent bitterness. Its ok.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2023 Golden and icy. Bright white head. Aroma is light grain or grass. On the palate, it is crisp and has some bite. Moderate carbonation. Not intensely bitter but it definitely has a hoppy edge on the finish. Taste isn't strong in any one direction and flavor-wise it is pretty mild. Can't say I'm a huge fan, though. Feels relatively uninteresting.
