Spicy gingerbread/liquorice aroma with some sweet roasted malt. Dark brown with a lasting white cover. Strong spicy malt with gingerbread and blueberries. Some ethanol is well balanced with sweetness. Balance is toward sweet, but there is some bitterness. Medium to full body--not quite chewy--lasting liquorice flavour.
