COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

UPDATED: APR 21, 2024 Bottiglia da 0,33. Schiuma abbondante e persistente. Colore giallo chiaro. Carbonatura abbondante. Aroma di frumento, agrumi e pane ma anche banana. Gusto delicato e morbido. Finale breve. Birra witte con gradazione medio/bassa. Consiglio 7/10.

UPDATED: FEB 2, 2024 Voor mij is dit geen wit biertje. Lijkt meer een blond bier. Best wel stevig ondanks het relatief lage alcohol percentage. Al met al zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nose is lemon rind, coriander, hedgerow, grains, hay bale.
Taste comprises stale bread, light white peppery spice, grass, lemon peel.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Solid for the style.

UPDATED: FEB 7, 2023 Servida en tulipa, color dorado pálido, turbia, espuma blanca y cremosa, baja carbonatación. Los aromas aun estando presentes los encuentro más sutiles que en otras cervezas de la misma variedad, levadura belga, cítricos, algo de especias, cáscara de plátano...En boca es suave, cuerpo ligero, levemente ácida, cítrica, presencia de cereales, plátano y especias...No es la mejor witbier que puedas probar, pero si una cerveza respetable y decente la cual aconsejo degustar.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2022 Bottle. Clear pale yellow with an enormous and glorious white head. Aroma of coriander, yeast, spice and soap. Taste of lemons, wheat, yeast, coriander, spice and herbs. Fruity and slightly sweet ending on a distinctive herbal bitterness. Medium to strong carbonation. Balanced. Very nice and super drinkable.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2022 Color dorato leggermente opaca, versa due dita di schiuma. Aroma e gusto con note di lievito belga, frutti chiari, spezie e una punta citrica specie nel finale. Fresca e beverina.
