It's damnm near black, with a small beige/khaki head. Malty aroma, a fair hit of liquorice and a little bit of roasted almond. Bittersweet taste, more liquorice, some molasses, horehound. Quite medicinal in the finish. Thin body, carbonation minimal. I want to like this more than I do. It's half a step up from just okay.

Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio in buon equilibrio con l'amaro medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul palato si riportano indizi di caramello, miele, crosta di pane, cioccolato, caffè, liquirizia e vino rosso.
