UPDATED: JAN 5, 2024 Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano sentori di frumento e di fruttato. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è intenso Sul palato si fermano sentori di miele, crosta di panettone, frumento, fieno bagnato, nocciola, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo rosa, arancia, limone e mandarino.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2024 Tap at Schneider. Cloudy golden. Lime, melon, gooseberry, hay. Taste is full, front heavy but balanced. Muddled. Not bad. But had better.

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2023 Very german edition of belgian triple. Hoppy aroma with tangerine notes. Noticeable maltiness makes it fell kind of heavy bodied but it's very drinkable at the same and high alcohol content is unnoticeable. Bitterness well balanced and giving well matching floral aromas.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2023 En vaso weissen, aunque quizá no fue la mejor opción para esta cerveza. Color anaranjado, muy turbia, espuma blanco hueso de mediana retención. En nariz una explosión de frutas tropicales, hierba, levadura, plátano, especias, lúpulo... En boca es de cuerpo medio, sedosa, al igual que como ocurre con el aroma, muestra una explosión de matices harto jugosa y compleja, dulce, amarga, y algo cítrica, notas de piña, mango, pomelo, levadura, cereal, resina, plátano, pimienta, clavo...Espectacular, una perfecta fusión entre la tradición bávara y la fiebre lupular norteamericana. UPDATED: MAY 23, 2023 Ojej, z szyjki zajechało mandarynką, ze szkła doszła lekko śliwka. Barwa ciemniejszego złota z dość niską pianą. Smak jest turbo - początek to lekko mandarynka, może nieco banana w tle, a zaraz wszystko zabija śliwkowa goryczka, która lekko zalega. Piwo dość nisko wysycone z sprawia wrażenie pełnego, ekstrakt musiał być konkretny, skoro jeszcze tyle alko zostało. Sztos.

UPDATED: MAY 14, 2023 A hoppy Weiss (not quite IPA level, but close), with underlying sweetness that is similar to their Aventinus. My pint bottle contained quite a bit of sediment.
