COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The brewery's own version of a Belgian Strong Golden Ale is available now. A style of beer developed and made famous by 'Duvel' it is renowned for being "the devil's brew", at 8% it's pure evil and impossible to resist. Beautifully golden in colour with a smooth deceptive softness Red Hill's Temptation will be no exception. With champagne like bubbles it will be served in a goblet to showcase it's luxuriant big white foamy head.
Available only at the Brewery in goblets and bottles.

The weakest part of this beer is lack of foam. Aroma is nice, full of spices and bubble gum. Alcohol is hidden. It's really fruity and quite sweet. Nice attempt to copy belgian beers. I enjoyed it.

Bottle. Clear gold, frothy white head. Banana, spice, pepper, cloves and bread. Great smooth, rich flavours of banana, restrained caramel, strong peppery finish and only a hint of high alcohol. High carbonation, yet still smooth. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330ml bottle into glass. Sour malt nose. Murky orange/brown beer with slight film. Zingy on the tongue, raisins and alcohol in the finish. Cloves are apparent as it warms. Not my favourite Red Hill beer.

From 330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a thin but lasting white head and moderate carbonation. Aromas of lemon, cinnamon, lime, banana and pepper. Taste opens with bright fresh apple and some white bread, before a firmer peppery note emerges in the mid palate. Fruity finish with some banana and lemon notes. Lingering spicy finish. Not bad at all.

Keg at Belgian Beer Cafe, Southbank, Melbourne. Not a bad Aussie approximation of Duval golden ale. Hazy golden pour with a disappointingly thin white head. Nose has golden malts, Belgian yeast and peppery spices that is transferred to the tongue with a bittersweet flavour profile and satisfying dry hop finish. Slick palate with medium body and carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poura a sligthly pale golden colour with a classic huge balgian head that last forever. Aroma of candysugar, dough, hay and some cinnamon. Flavour is very sweet, almost a bit too much. Lot of candysugar and dough, and a cinnamon finish. Medium to full bodied wirh a soft palate, but a lot of carbonation. Overall, a good beer, but nothing superspecial.

East of Everything (14-Nov-13) Very light herbal citrus aroma. Amber light cloudy colour, ordinary head and suds lacing. Sweet herbal spirit fruit Slight ashy fruit spirit hot finish. More a golden strong ale.

From a 330ml bottle on 30/11/2012. Pours a cloudy yellow golden with bugger all head. The aroma is Belgian yeast, some apple and spices. The flavour is sweet and fruity, with lots of yeast and spices present. There is some tart apple and more spices in the medium bitter finish. The carbonation is lively but typical of the style. While certainly not my favourite style, this is a decent crack at a strong Belgian ale.

330ml bottle. Soft white head above a hazy light golden amber colour. Spice and fruit in the aroma is pleasant with a strong warming flavour with a hint of sweetness in the background.

Bottle at the Kernel. Hazy gold beer, big fluffy off white head. Light dry palate. Sweet malts. Traces of bubblegum and fruit salad sweets. Dry finish. Messy and sweet.
