funcut (1515) - SIBENIK, CROATIA - AUG 25, 2011I find this beer in Mostar ... taste better then normal Sarajevsko beer ...
Eructoblaster (8422) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 29, 2010On tap at the brewpub. Pale blond body with a good white foamy/creamy head. Light, fresh malty/hoppy aroma with herbal hints. Well balanced taste carries bready notes and ends with a short bittersweet finish.
luttonm (7592) - Seattle, Washington, USA - MAR 9, 2009This is the bottle the oldtimers drink from, in the great/small places in town. Lighter bodied than the ’normal’ version but seemingly more flavor. Some bittering on top of a smooth and crisp, very light, malt base. Some character, to the positive side of average in the region.
nate2g (1548) - Boomtown!, AUSTRALIA - JAN 3, 2009Bottle in Sarajevo. Slightly lighter in ABV than the other Sarajevsko Pivo and Premium. No pouring glass available so this one is rated straight from the bottle. Sweet malty flavour with some hop bitterness coming through. Thin bodied with a light bitter finish.
ogivlado (16569) - Zagreb, CROATIA - JUN 10, 2008Bottled(500ml). -Avaliable only in half liter bottle, better than regular 4.9% Sarajevsko.
Yellow coloured, medium sized white head, mild malty nose. The taste is light malty, mild hoppy and bready with slight watery palate. Refreshing and easy going beer.

We’ve been trying to sort out the mess surrounding Sarajevsko Pivo and realized that there are two versions. This is the 4.5% version, available only in 0.5l bottles. Poured a yellow body with a medium-big white head that went away fast. The nose is light and slightly malty. The taste is ok, if light. Some nice herbal-flowery hopiness, piney if I stretch my imagination a bit is probably the only thing that can be found under the water and a little in the aftertaste. The better of the two versions.
heavy (2947) - Split, CROATIA - OCT 2, 200731/09 0.33 l bottle. Poured pale yellow body with moderate head. Aroma of citrus hops with some malts, not so thin. Similar to original Sarajevsko of course, but lighter in flavor. Not so dry, more water. Much shorter palate. Not so good as Sarajevsko and definitely not the same beer.
