On cask 1/26/08 at the Atlanta Cask Ale tasting: Hazy copper bronze with a thin ring of off-white head. Aroma of fresh piny hops and a good caramel malty backbone. Starts fairly full-bodied and caramely sweet with nice grapefruity hoppy complexity and balance before a crisp bittersweet finish. A pretty good IPA.

Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting. Good pine aroma but this was out of balance to me and the piney hop bitterness needed more malt balance to pull everything off.

Cask Ale @ Sweetwater. Big hop aroma. Dark pour for an IPA, cloudy amber. Taste is very hoppy with citrus. Grassy bitter finish as well. Nice full-bodied cask IPA.

I got a big piney hop aroma. Bitter grapefruit and citrus flavors. Big hop profile but a slightly girtty and muddy texture. You can call this either a really hoppy IPA or a not so sweet double IPA.

Pours a darker amber. The hops are early boil and much of the flavor is from the malt.
