Hard Live 08. Amber/red beer with beige bubbles. Aroma of vanilla, oak, bourbon. Fruity notes of caramel, toffee, some orange as well (interesting). Also sweet vanilla, bourbon, and some alcoholic heat. Malty with a nice smooth coaty mouth feel.

Hard Liver ’08
I believe from the University Ram, but I could be mistaken. Bright amber with a nice head. Spicy, slightly tobaccoey hop aroma. Light sweet vanilla accents. Sweet palate, with nice vanilla notes and a hint of caramel. Firm alcoholic signature and just enough bitterness to be noticed. One of the best of the fest.
