8.00 lb Pale Malt, Maris Otter (3.0 SRM) Grain

1.00 lb Wheat Malt, Ger (2.0 SRM) Grain

1.25 oz Challenger [7.50%] (60 min)

0.50 oz Challenger [7.50%] (15 min)

1.00 oz Challenger [7.50%] (3 min)

0.50 oz Challenger [7.50%] (Dry Hop)

Brittish Ale yeast (your choice)

Est Original Gravity: 1.051 SG

Est Final Gravity: 1.013 SG

Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 5.0 %

Bitterness: 44.7 IBU

Est Color: 4.6 SRM

For extract substitute 5.5 lbs of Extra light dried extract and 1 lb wheat DME for the grain. Increase bittering hops to 2.25 oz for a partial boil.

Mash profile is left at the descretion of the brewer as is the yeast.
