This recipe was modified from the Aventinus recipe in Clonebrews.
9.5 lbs Wheat LME
8oz Munich
4oz Melanoidin
1oz Chocolate Malt
2oz Hallertau
Wyeast 3333 German Wheat
- Make a yeast starter!
- Steep grains in 150F water for 30min.
- Remove grains and add extract, 1oz hops. Boil for 30 minutes.
- Add rest of hops and boil for 30 more minutes.
- Cool wort and pitch yeast.
