I brewed this beer for my fami
6lb Dark Wheat Malt
4lb German Munich Malt
.5lb German Cara Wheat
.5lb Belgian Caramunich Malt
.5lb American Rye Malt
.5lb rice hulls


Hops (Whole)

1oz Hallertauer (60 minutes)
.5oz Tettnang (30 minutes)


WLP Hefeweizen IV
1. Dough in with 3.25 gallons at 170°
2. Let it sit for an hour at 150°
3. If you miss the temperature, boil a couple decoctions to get it back up.
4. Drain after the hour or so is up.
5. Add 3.25 more gallons of water at 180°.
6. Stir and wait 10 minutes.
7. Drain to get 6.5 gallons of wort
8. Boil for 90 minutes.
