For a 5 gallon batch:

Extract:
6 lbs extra light dry malt extract
Steeping Grains:
1 lb Cara red 15-25
.5 lb Vienna
Hops:
1/4 oz Columbus(AA 15.8%) @ 60 minutes
1/2 oz Warrior(AA 15.8%) @ 30
1/4 oz Columbus @ 15
1/2 oz Warrior @ 15
1/2 oz Simcoe(AA 12%) @ 15
1/2 oz Columbus @ 5
1 oz Simcoe @ 5
1 oz Columbus @ 0
1/2 oz Warrior @ 0
1/2 oz Simcoe @ 0

Yeast:
WYeast 1056 American Ale Yeast

60 minute boil

Heat water to 150 degrees and steep grains for 15 minutes (or whatever you feel like)

Bring to a boil and add extract. Return to a boil fo 60 minutes. Add hops as schedule dictates.

Secondary fermentation recommended but by no means necessary. Doesn’t need much time to rest before it’s ready.
