10# Weyermann Pils
4oz Weyermann Caramunich II
8oz Weyermann Caramunich III
8oz Weyermann Carafa II
3oz Hallertau Hops
Wyeast 2308
1 Mash @ 155.
2 Boil for 135 minutes, evenly space hop additions.
3 Ferment for two weeks on the low end of the lager range.
4 Check gravity, if finished condition at 36F for two weeks.
