Really great flavor. Drinks nice cold or warm.
1.0 lb 2 Row Grain (pinch Crystal malt) 3.3 lb Liquid Extract (Sparkling Amber) 3.0 lb Dry Extract (Pilsen Light) 1.0 lb Brown Sugar 0.5 lb Corn Syrup 0.3 lb Organic Honey 0.5 lb Maltodextrin 4 oz Cascade Hops 60min 1 oz Chinook Hops every 10 min (5 oz Total) 1 oz Tettnang Hops 1 min California Yeast
2. Steep grains in hop bag with 1.5 gal for 30 min @ 155 deg 3. Remove grains and bring to boil 4. Add your dry and liquid extract 5. Add your Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup and Honey 6. Add Maltodextrin and gypsum 7. Boil for 10 min 8. Boil 4 oz Cascade Hops 60min 9. 1 oz Chinook Hops every 10 min (5 oz Total) 10. 1 oz Tettnang Hops 1 min -Combine wort with water to make 5 gal -Pitch yeast when wort temp is between 70-80 deg -Ferment for 7-10 days -Prime and bottle I thought they where at there peak after 2 month conditioning, but 4 weeks will do.
