To brew this batch w/ extract, replace the 17 lbs of Pale Malt with 13 lbs of Light Liquid Malt Extract, steep the Crystal Malt, and if you do a partial boil, bump up the bittering hops by an ounce or so.
OR
Single infusion mash at 152°F.
