"One of my all time favorite styles is imperial stout. I loved it so much I played with it in beer games, that was a mistake. I realized you can’t drink endless amounts of imperial stouts in a night. I played a pound beer game with Ten Fidy, that was interesting, everyone pounding bud light and here’s me pounding Ten Fidy. But the looks on their faces with impression. It was true, that was not easy. Many cans later, my body did not agree either. So, love imperial stouts, just don’t over do it." Jeff Sudman Vermont House 2008
Rating 2 oz samples is just being a rate whore, I just simple won’t do it. You need to drink at least 6 oz min to start to understand the brew, how do you get head retention on a 2 oz pour? What about lacing? I’m sorry I just don’t get it</br>
