I enjoy all beer. However, of the many flavors beer offers, hops add the most complexity to the mix. They can be sweet on the nose and offer a sharp bite at the same time. In the end I like a beer that makes me think, A beer that makes me want to exclaim things out loud! A beer that makes me a better man!
