Bio/beer Philosophy:

I’m all about big beers. Palate-bombs. It should go down smooth, but it should sock you in the face a couple times on its way. If it doesn’t have a huge flavor, it’s not up my alley. I’m a moderate hophead - my favorite all-around beers are imperial IPAs and American strong ales - though I’ve recently developed an increasing taste for Belgians - especially dark quads.
