Bio/beer Philosophy:

I’m a huge fan of all Belgian beers and love Porters. I’m growing to enjoy the IPA’s of the world but still gravitate to more of the malty brews. My favortie beers are Imperial Stouts but my beer tastes are constantly maturing and I’m always finding new brews that make my head spin. Thanks to the killer SD beer bars; Newport Pizza and Ale, Hamilton’s, O’briens, Downtown Johnny Brown’s, and the countless others that continue to build the craft beer segment to a whole new level! My motto (stolen for Warsteiner) "Life’s to short to drink cheap beer" Cheers~
