Being born in Georgia, for the longest time my main beer was Budweiser, then Becks became my mainstay at the ripe old age of 21. It wasn’t until I moved to Portland, Oregon in 1999, that I had my first taste of a real beer, don’t laugh, Henry Weinhards. I’m slowly acclimating myself to REAL beer. My taste buds have evolved into demanding more sophisticated styles, and I’m becoming a connoisseur because of it. I’m presently in to English Ales, Belgians and Stouts.
