Bio/beer Philosophy:

There are two kinds of beer. Beer you enjoy sipping all by itself, and beer that goes well with food. I like Young's Oatmeal Stout, and I like Claim Jumper's Honey Blonde Ale. If it is well brewed and complex, I will enjoy it.
