Bottle. Amber colour with a weak head. Grassy aroma with notes of caramel. Light flavour of caramel with a hoppy finish, some what light dry and bitter.

Jul 30, 2008 Clear glass bottle. Brown, off-whit to brown head. Slight caramel nose. Light body. Sugary caramelly messy flavor composition, not enough hop bitterness to balance the Werthers Echte here. Light body. Forgettable.

May 24, 2008 Can. Clear reddish brown color. Average tan head. Sweet aroma of caramel and sugary malts. Notes of butterscotch. Much of the same flavorwise, with some barely noticeable mild bittering hops in addition. Watered down mouthfeel. Skinny body. Sugar and grain in the finish.

Apr 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a reddish brown colour with an off-white head. Aroma is rather thin with notes of bread and malts. Flavour has some sweetness with notes of roasted bread. (Too) small bitterness. The finish has some notes of alcohol and soap.

Feb 2, 2008 Beautiful warm amber with an OK head. The aroma has a light sweetness and notes of malt, caramel and hints of hops. The flavour has a light sweetness, smooth malt and caramel and the finish has a slightly dry, light bitterness.

Jan 23, 2008 Bottle, 5.2%. Clear dark brown colour. small stable light brown head. Caramel aroma. The flavour is distinctly caramelly with a little brown sugar. Actually OK balance. Very low bitterness. Carbonation above medium. Not too bad.
