Commercial Description:
Bryggmästarens Mixed Ale är en genuin produkt av ljus lager och engelsk pub-ale. Ölet har fått sin välavrundade karaktär och behagliga eftersmak från sin speciellt aromatiska humle och sin förstklassiska malt och jäst

Warm, nice amber with a huge, nice head. The aroma has notes of malt, a bit of caramel and some light fruits. The flavour has a light sweetness, notes of malt, caramel, fruity hops and a light and citrussy bitter finish.

Bottled. Copper brown, small white head. Malty, slighlty sweet and grainy aroma. Woody hoppy, slightly toffeish malty. Not very complex but tolerable.

Nice amber colour with big creamy white head. Fresh, fruity aroma with clear flowery tones from the hops. There is some red currants in the aroma as well. Medium body. Not as you’d expect in taste. Very dry with clear definition of roasted and caramel malts. The fruits enter at the end here as well along with some definition of bitterness.
