Hoppy and smokey flavour with a profound pleasant bitterness with fruits. Dry hoppy pleasantly mild smokey long lasting finish. Niiiice. Maria (4418), Thisted, Denmark Oct 8, 2008 EBF2008. It’s dark, red mahogany with a creamy head. The aroma has sweetness, notes of malt, fruit and citrus. The flavour has sweetness and notes of malt, aromatic fruits, dry citrus, a hint of smoke and it ends on a slightly bitter note. It’s as if a dark, malty beer was mixed with an IPA – but the result is pretty nice. tarjei (1300), Bryne, Norway Oct 1, 2008 Tap at EBF 2008, Copenhagen. Brown reddish color, moderate beige head.
