Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 29, 2008 Bottled at RBESG 2007. An amber beer with an orange head. The aroma is lovingling dominated by Amarillo hops, while the flavor is sweet with notes of citrus, grapefruit, grass, hay, and spices, leading to a dry and rather bitter finish. Seems thin inspite of the 6.7% ABV (listed on the bottle.) oh6gdx (6343), Vaasa, Finland Feb 23, 2008 Bottled. Hazy nutbrown colour, mediumsized white head. Amarilloish fruity nose along with some yeast. Flavour is really smooth fruityness and floweryness along with some straw- and raspberries. Fruits and the berries stay for long in the aftertaste. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Dec 23, 2007 Draught at Glenfiddich Warehouse N. 68, Stockholm Hazy orange-copper color; creamy head. Blowing hoppy aroma, perfumy, flowery, fruity, with Fuggles tones, oranges. Good body, malty flavor, strong bitterness, some resins, some orange bitterness; the bitterness is less than expected, and the body strength too (not much sweet nor malty). But very good indeed. anders37 (2752), Malmö, Sweden Dec 9, 2007 Draught. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Sweet malty hoppy grapefruit aroma with some caramel hints. Pours a very muddy orange-ish with a big, fluffy yellow-white head. Great aroma of pine, flowers, grass and a touch of doughy caramel maltiness behind it. Low carbonation. Very sharp and hoppy flavour, perhaps even sour. Very dry and flowery. There is some maltiness in the back as well, though not with enough character.
