Comments: Honeyed, wheaty, well balanced, sweetish tripel in the usual Ølfabrikken quality.
yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark Aug 6, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with minor yeast sediments and a creamy white head. Classical belgian yeast aroma, slight sweet and spicy. Flavour is yeasty spiced with a sweet caramel malt. Minor berry-like note. Dry spiced finish. Papsoe (10498), Frederiksberg, Denmark May 14, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Slightly hazy, orangey golden with a small, off-white head. Very fruity nose. Quite full-bodied with sweetish fruit and malt and a whiff of yeast. Distinct bitterness in the finish. Not the most thrilling Tripel. 090507
