Bottle at Chris_o’s Magic Night. Belgian yeast aroma. Hazy pale gold. Thick lasting beige head. Very Belgian. And then I had to run off to catch a train.

May 22, 2008 Bottled. Tasting @ Kolding Bryglaug. Aroma is cheesy, citric and yeasty. Hazy, yellow coloured with an offwhite head. Taste is sweet, citric, cheesy, spicy, yeasty. Lingering palate. Well balanced. Very good in its style
