Aug 21, 2007 A slightly hazy copper colored beer with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of fruit and a dusty hop note. The flavor is sweet malty, but with a weak body inspite of the 6% ABV, with notes of caramel and some dusty hops. The mouthfeel is very sparkling due to a high (too high) level of carbonation. Boring.

Nov 22, 2006 (Bottle 75 cl) Ever so slightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Fairly malty aroma. Medium-bodied with rather sweet malts and an underlying acidity. Dry finish. Almost appears German in style. 201006

Aug 12, 2007 75 cL bottle. Pours golden deep orange to light brown with a light orange/brown head. Malty sweet and slight caramel aroma with a fruity note. Caramel malty, slight sour/acidic. Quite bitter into the finish. Solid brew. I’m surprised to read the kind of grains that have gone into this, it does have a slight different flavour than just barley and slight smooth texture.

Cloudy amber coloured with small off white head.
Sweet aroma of malts and caramel with notes of hay and honey.
Sweet flavour of malts and caramel with notes of hay and hops.
Light hoppy finish.
Typical flawless Ørbæk beer, with lots of caramel and low bitterness. Not bad, just boring.

Dec 12, 2006 Hazy amber color. Ordinary Ale, with light malt, light vegetables touch, some sweetness, caramel, quite strong final bitterness. Odd but not bad.
