Bottle 0.75 l. Bought Irma Hilleroed. Weak apple aroma. Clear light yellow. Pleasant dry apple taste. Rather soft carbonation. Elegant. Refreshing.

Jul 6, 2008 Bottle 75 cl. Average fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Sparkling clear body with a pale golden shiny color. Aroma of mild apple, citrus, yeast and mild dusty feel. Quite dry over the palate with light sweetness. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderated acidic and light sweet flavor. Dry acidic fresh finish. Quite nice cider.

Jan 13, 2008 Bottled. Pours a clear weak golden colour. Sour bit sweetish apple aroma. The flavour is dry with a soft pleasant sourness, apples and sweetness. The finish is dry with some sourness and apples.

Oct 9, 2007 Bottle. Clear golden. Aroma of apples, a little wood and a vinous touch. Flavour is sweet, yet fresh with the slight acid touch of apples hitting the tongue. Pleasant.
