The beer decamps the 500ml bottle a clear golden amber with a two-fingered creamy white head, the head settles slowly, leaving a thick sheet to cover the glass. Nose has a dominate malt sweetness, citrus crisp, start has a pleasant malt profile, slight hop bite at the back, top moderate in feel. Finish has modest acidity, the hop delectably spicy, quite dry and a smooth drinking beer, cannot say “Pilsners” are my favorites, but a good ones like this is always a pleasure to sample.

Jul 22, 2008 16.9 ounce bottle. Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin white head that lingers. Aroma is of hops, flowers and malt. Taste is much the same. Slightly bitter. A pretty good beer as it is tasty and easy to drink, but it is kind of forgettable as there are tastier beers of this style at cheaper prices. On the upside, the bottle and label are pretty neat looking.

Jul 16, 2008 Presentation: It was poured from a brown, 1pt.0.9floz. or 500ml bottle into a pint glass. The body has a bright golden color with some visible carbonation and very good clarity. The head is thin and foamy with an “egg shell white” color. It leaves only a little spotty lacing on the glass. The aroma is full of floral Czech hops with some light white bread malt. There is a clay like earthy quality with some very light metallic notes mixing with hops on the tongue. The hops are floral, grassy and a little bit leafy. They add a mild, pleasant bitterness to the flavor. Its body is light with a zesty texture and carbonation that tickles the tongue. The finish is quick, crisp and end on a mildly bitter note. This is a good solid Czech pilsener. It was very refreshing and enjoyable.

Jul 5, 2008 Bottle in work of all places! Alround rating: Brewing bereal or malt extract kind of biscuityness, the hops also seem like extract rather than the whole beast.

Jun 27, 2008 Well the story behind the town and all is more exciting than the beer itself ... just didn’t give you much taste but was very easy drinking and a quality pizza companion .... its a smooth beer with not much to it had a nice layer of head poured a pale yellow ..... bought at total wine in claymont delaware
